Fire alarm with no reason!

On August 3rd around 10:40pm the fire alarm ring, waking up everyone, so not clear if It was a guest mistake, how It happen, what to do to prevent mistakes or if it was infra-structure of the hotel the problem that didn't support some type of plug in. No feedback, no compensation for guest exposed for this situation.

Excellent. Only problem was that a fire broke out in one of the rooms and The hotel was evacuated. But of course that was not Best Western fault. They were very organized during the fire.

Our refrigerator didn’t work in our room and our food got spoiled. Room was clean. Property is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. It seemed like the ladies who run the breakfast area didn’t like working there. Breakfast options are very slim. There was a spot for yogurt but of the 4 days I spent there I never once saw yogurt available nor oatmeal.

The hotel was fine, an average BW but the breakfast was terrible. No yogurt, waffle maker broken, no oatmeal, potatoes were not good and some really dry muffins.

Check in for my wife was aweful. After driving 12 hrs stright she was met with an abrasive and rude front desk gentlemen. Enough that rather then rest and sleep waited till 7pm so i could be there to make sure he wasnt there

Breakfast was sufficient. The whipped cream made our waffles soggy but the sausages were top notch. Beds were pretty comfortable. Internet access was great. White spot restaurant was ok. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The ladies in the breakfast buffet were super kind and helpful, as were the ladies at the frond desk. Overall stay was decent. Nothing fancy but definitely functional.

I couldn’t login on the internet. Got this message ‘Maximum number of devices reached for this transaction. Please contact the front desk to obtain an authorization code’. Front desk said there isn’t such thing as a authorization code. The inside of hotel is extremely noisy. Early in the morning guests and housekeepers are very loud. Impossible to sleep after 7:00am. Finally, there weren’t fruits or yogurt for breakfast. The egg option looked artificial and gave us diarrhea. Overall, it is a very expensive hotel for what they offer. Definitely, the worst Best Western I have been so far.

The hotel's really nice! Looks like they fixed up some rooms, it'll be great when they're all done! We were on the bottom floor, it had laminate floors and new mattresses. Pillows were awesome, and the room was clean. We've been here before, and we'll come back!
