Booked one night by mistake through Expedia and they contacted the General manager of the hotel to change it. He had zero flexibility...would not budge. I understand that he or she has done this with others as well. Money appears to be more important than "good will".

We stayed downtown Vancouver the night prior for more than double the price for a more rundown hotel in a smaller room. This place was a breath of fresh air. Clean, appealing & bright and inviting. The coffee machine in the foier is an added bonus for a late night coffee or hot chocolate. Lots of amenities nearby. We went to the Zoo and the Outdoor experience (water park) both were about a 4 minute drive away. Thank you for the great stay!
