Crap Policy - RUDE manager.

Cash grabbing company. Needed a hotel for July 07, the app gave me July 14 prices so I booked but then immediately recognized the mistake and called - I got this answer “policy is policy - we are charging you”. Will be submitting complaints to head office, better business bureau, and will post online. I am NOT HAPPY.

The check in was courteous and quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was so so…food quality was mediocre…coffee was hot and tasty.

Nice but noisy

We arrived late and in need of sleep, but unfortunately we were put in the room next door to the breakfast room and at 5:30am the breakfast prep people began their morning duties and were so noisy they woke us up (and I sleep with earplugs). The quality of breakfast was so-so, some hot foods were not hot and the hostesses stared at the guests while they ate which felt uncomfortable. When I brought up the early noise level upon checking out the man at reception didn't seem to care that much. If you stay here ask for a room far from the breakfast room.

The breakfast room was so far away and on the second floor. I've never seen a breakfast room so I'll placed in all the hotels I've stayed in.
