I requested a pet friendly and when I arrived the young lady requested proof for my ESA pet and then declined n didn’t honour it cause she not a guide dog. Mental health n physical guide dogs are both service dogs. Then she gave a list of rooms to look elsewhere for a room until she realized I was still booked with a pet room. After traveling on a motorcycle all day this was extremely stressful. The room was lovely and thank goodness! Customer service was unexecusable - do your research before presenting wrong info!

My room was relatively clean expect one of our bath towels had a bunch of black hairs imbedded it in was really gross other than that our room was great, breakfast was great the lady working the brunch station was really on keeping everything stocked up was very efficient for how busy it was she did a great job :)

Ricky's All Day Grill was right across the parking lot, so after a full day of riding, it was nice not to have to get on the bike again to find food. Staff was friendly and breakfast, included in the cost was very good, with many options.
