Amazing staff, very basic hotel, but nice looking.

Good price, very basic amenities. Well decorated and new feeling - but no fitness, pool, etc, and the breakfast advertised as buffet was just continental! Staff was spectacular, no question there.

After the 4 days that i paid for, upon checking out, we were rudely rushed and had chambermaids knocking and calling our room hours before our checkout. When i asked for my deposit to be returned to my card tgey told me it would take a few days. I found out it was returned back to my credit card then charged again! When i called the hotel, the front desk said the reason why they kept my deposit was due to the chambermaids stating that the room was a mess and I was smoking in the room.....I dont even smoke!! Im livid! Sounds like a scam that the staff was apparently finding a petty way to pocket guests deposits!
