Property is brand new so very good working order but building itself has no soundproofing between walls, and ceilings/floors. Is also next to rail tracks so “shakes” when train goes by.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay. Parking was free. Check in was quick. Nice lobby and gym. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean. No stains on the linens and towels. Breakfast was good. Will recommend this hotel.

Beautiful room, poor check in experience

Check in was very slow. We had to wait for over 20 minutes while they figured out our room situation and then when we finally got to our room it was dirty. So then we had to go back down to get a new room. Once we finally got to our room it was great the the whole check in process was a bit frustrating.

Really liked this hotel with my kids. Liked that it’s newly build and super clean. Beautiful indoor decor. Yes kinda upsetting when we came the outdoor pool and hot tub was not finished and were told it will be done in 2weeks but we didn’t mind it. The gym was open. The breakfast was good had all the basics scramble eggs, cheese omelet eggs with sausage link, bacon, waffle, oatmeal and so on…

Great amenities!

Be patient with the staff!!! Especially the front desk! The amazing hotel staff are still learning!! We had a great trip! Stayed 2 nights. They made sure we got the same room both nights as they were separate bookings from an app and then the front desk. Cute little canteen! Laundry facility was so handy! Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were not ready, complete bummer. That’s part of the reason we booked…. Nice area tho.
