We loved that the bfast is included on what we pay. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the slides. We booked couple of rooms and unfortunately one of the bathroom is not clean properly and ours has no shower curtain. I realized it when I was ready to shower so I had to call the reception but the phone was just ringing so I had to put everything back so I can go down to the main lobby to let them know. I’m glad the reception lady was nice and someone came in to put the curtain right away. Looks like both of the room was rushed to be clean but we were already so late to checked in so I don’t understand as to why no one check the room if it was properly clean for the next guest.

The staff are amazing. I would suggest they get fitted sheets that are deep pocket to fit the deep mattresses. Our sheet was way too small for the mattress resulting in the sheet coming off the mattress EVERY night. Also the breakfast is amazing but over a long weekend when the hotel is full Please, please have one extra person to fill the coffee and the clean the tables. The two kitchen staff are NOT enough when the hotel is fully booked. Many had to wait for food to be cooked, coffee pots were empty and NO tables were EVER washed

This was a perfect hotel close to the highway but also tucked away so it was nice and quiet. Convenient location for us to get to cultus lake. Pool and waterslide were perfect for the kids! Breakfast was great! Beds were comfy.

Clean and comfy. Staff was friendly and they have a great little pool and waterslide. Breakfast was awesome with a full buffet of eggs, ham, French toast, waffles and more. The location is average, nothing spectacular but nice. Quiet at the end of a road.
