so i have never walked into a hotel and had a smell hit me...of rotten stinky feet...thats the only to describe it. then we figured out the glass door in the bathroom was rattling...i thought a dog was scratching in the room beside us in a metal cage...so that woke me up at 5 am, unplugged the frig cause it was humming so loud, walls r paper thin u hear everything everywhere. in the morning, front desk said they would comp us our room...which was a decent thing to do...but expedia needs to start the process....so thats a pain...lwta see how that works out

My family had a great time here ! My 6 year old daughter and husband loved the pool and slide ! Rooms were great , and staff were amazing ! Super friendly, welcoming, and helpful :) we will be back again for sure :)

This is a great place to stay for families, excellent pool, lots of parking, great dining options close by, Culus Lake is not a far drive. The breakfast buffet was really good. Staff was friendly. My family will definitely stay again.

Upon arrival there was only 1 luggage cart available, 2 total for the entire hotel. When we got to our room there was blood soaked toilet paper in our toilet, the bathroom was dirty with a ton of black hair on everything. When we went to the pool there was blood all over the pool deck, all around the towel area, and again in front of the elevator. When we woke up in the morning and looked at our bed sheets closer there was blood on our sheets. Gross. Overall, this hotel has gone downhill and the cleanliness was not there whatsoever. Breakfast was also disappointing.

Clean rooms. Super friendly front counter staff. Loved the photo gallery of their pets. Pool and slide were in great shape and condition and very clean. They take care of their facilities. We will stay again in the future.

This hotel really doesn't have much to offer. Hard beds, situated next to the train tracks and some distance from good coffee. A place to sleep but not much more

No shower gel even after we asked for it to be refilled but thankfully there was soap so we could shower. The air conditioner was very loud and hard to sleep. The pool was nice but both times we went to use there was no towels and we had to call. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, loved the variety.

Great family friendly hotel

Great continental breakfast with waffle maker that was great, and 24 hour complimentary coffee/tea station was awesome as well. Pool with a water slide was a bit with our kids, and hot tub is nice as well. Our room was very spacious and clean. Lots of parking available. The only negative is that there isn't much around, but if you have a car which I assume everyone who goes to this hotel will have, then it's not a problem.
