Dirty sheets and garbage piled in the hallway. Not only could you see it but you could smell it too. Dirty parkade, dirty hotel and overall needs a tear down and rebuild.

It was nice and quiet. Location was lovely. Bed slept well. But furniture was worn and room and bathroom weren't in very good condition. Hall lighting was dim.

We paid $160 plus taxes for one night week night. We expected something reasonably nice as per description of a deluxe king bed suite. The room was out of the 1970’s with absolutely no updates. The mattress in the first room were curled up at the corners. We complained and got the executive suite. It was also very dated. The carpet in front of the fridge was wet, the bathroom was dirty with hair all over the floor, the faucet came off when I try to turn it on. There was camouflage duct tape as a transition between floorings. The TV was tiny. The only good part was the bed was comfy and the poor staff were so nice and apologetic. I certainly told them not to personalize our disappointment. Found out they doubled the price of the room as it was on the long weekend. Was told manager might do something and I told them I wasn’t holding my breath and sure enough we never heard back. It was our first time at Harrison hot springs and this experience has ensured we will never go back. I wished the price, description and photos would have better represented this hotel. In our humble opinion the word hotel signifies better Lodging than motel. One of the worse hotel I have ever stayed at.

Pretty close to most tourist sites: The hot springs source, the pier, the mineral pool, and the shops. I don't know the age of the hotel but my room(Wall, ceilings, windows) was getting up there. Bedding and other stuff not related to the building were alright though. All in all, was a comfortable stay.

The stuff is good and quite understanding, but the property condition is too bad, carpets are dirty so is the rooms. There are multiple spots on carpets and Hotel needs major renovation. Had to cancel the room and get refund.

The property was quite run down and. I booked mountain view room. It wasn’t cleaned properly as there was a Kleenex stuffed into the peephole. Also mountain view is misleading as it is a partial view of mountain from corner of window. The main view was of a building. I would not stay here again. I was disappointed as I had booked it for a Special celebration. I would have appreciated a partial refund.

I liked that it was cheap, but you get what you pay for. Walls are thin so can hear people near your room, curtains had obvious stains that could be easily cleaned, hair still in towels from previous customers, old uncomfortable beds, pillows are tiny, stains in carpet floor. Check in was easy and convenient, friendly staff.

Staff was great and clean beds but the state of the rooms is to be desired. Carpets stained , horrible choice of curtains , bathroom grout pink , holes in ceiling filled with TP, there needs to be a lot of effort to bring this place up to snub especially being in a tourist area
