The room was really clean and comfortable, it had a TV, AC, and heater. Lots of shops nearby and things to do. Lots of parking available. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. Would 100% stay here again

The property does not look at all like the photo posted on the website. It really needs an extensive upgrade to the entire building. Room was very small with not very much lighting. Felt that eventhough it seemed to have a renovation to it it was a renovation done on the cheap side. I would not stay here again.

Had a recently modernized King size room - can't fault it. Note the description on the website is incorrect - there is NO barbecue available.

There are numerous hotels and motels to choose from in Hope, but I believe that Hope City Centre Motel is one of the better ones! Renovated rooms provide a modern, clean, and comfortable space to stay. Amenities include a larger bar fridge with its own freezer compartment, a microwave, coffee maker, and large flatscreen television. Bathroom facilities are clean and modern, with good water pressure and lots of hot water. Room service was every other day, including towel refresh. Customer support was friendly and efficient. Being right on the downtown strip, you're within an easy walk of shopping (there's a grocery store right next door), restaurants, and local sightseeing. I stay in Hope every year, and though I've stayed in a couple of different hotels before I will definitely be staying at Hope City Centre in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Upon checking in we could barely open the door to enter the tiny lobby, as the floor was in such terrible condition. The room is very small and feels like it was furnished with items found at a garage sale. The barn door for the bathroom bounced and did not provide any privacy. The attention to detail from the housekeeping staff is extremely lacking. The baseboards were gross and there were splatters on the wall that were NOT stains. If these are the things we could see, what could we not see. I have NEVER left a negative review of a hotel before, as you usually get what you pay for, but this was the worst we have stayed in. Do better.

As a light sleeper and someone with chronic pain, I wish I had brought my earplugs. I feel badly not rating well as the check in was great, easy to park, and clean. The rooms are simple and modern. My biggest complaint was that we could hear the tv in the room next door, the people walking around upstairs, chairs moving etc and the door made a musical sound when it opened and locked which was irritating from the rooms around us. The bed was hard for me but maybe not for everyone.
