The front door was locked at 2am when we tried to get in. Then there was no one at the front counter so we knocked on some doors and finally called the front desk. A guy finally answered and came out but looked like he was sleeping in the back.

I paid for a suite but they couldn’t find my booking. So was told even lucky to have a room - put in a smaller room ( not a suite) said I would have a reduced rate but only took one night $20 off. Room wasn’t very clean, toilet ran constantly and drawers were broken. I discussed almost daily with staff about being charged for a suite but only being provided a smaller room, every day it was new staff and no one seemed to communicate, nor could they help me. Was suppose to get free upgrade with VIP status but instead for a smaller room at the higher rate minus the $20 off.

We had a nice stay in Abbotsford, the dennys was nice to have lunch at and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool.
