This had nice rooms that looked like they had recently been renovated. The saft here was friendly and helpful. A few more options for breakfast would have been nice, but that should not be a deal breaker. This is a great place.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. During my stay at this hotel, I encountered one of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk woman I dealt with was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero interest in addressing any of the concerns I brought forward. Rather than listening or attempting to resolve the issue, the front desk agent acted as though I was inconveniencing her by simply speaking up. Her attitude was cold and unwelcoming, and it left a terrible impression. If someone cannot even acknowledge a guest’s concerns, they should not be in a customer-facing role. This interaction alone was enough to make me not want to return. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. A hotel is more than a building — it’s the people who run it, and based on my experience, this staff member did the hotel no favours.

Check in and check out was friendly and efficient. Needed help with the tv, which came promptly. Room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was…ok. Location was great for what we needed. Would stay there again.
