Very friendly and açcomodating staff. The staff phoned is when our room was available allowing us to enter early. The whole complex is very clean and well maintained. Our room spacious and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

This property is extemely clean and well situated along Vedder rd. The staff member was extremely friendly on check in and mentioned that if we required anything for us yo just call the desk.

Value for money? Not at all. Cancellation policy- no exceptions? Crazy. My husband had really bad asthma due to the fires along hwy 5 and 3, etc. and they wouldn’t allow us to cancel at the last minute so that we could get home fast. We were even willing to pay a third of the total stay for us to just move along! Very poor customer service. They even turned the air conditioning off in the middle of the night, obviously to save money. For the amount we paid, no way should this happen.

This had nice rooms that looked like they had recently been renovated. The saft here was friendly and helpful. A few more options for breakfast would have been nice, but that should not be a deal breaker. This is a great place.

Clean room bare basics. No cable just a Roku tv to use your own streaming memberships. Old style hotel coffee machine not great. Location is ideal for my needs but there were some sketchy people around the main drag in this area. Lots of Work/company trucks nightly. They leave early in am and rooms are not very sound proof. You hear workers leaving in am and basic traffic most of night and early morning. This hotel is usually priced very reasonably so I stay when visiting my relatives in Garrison area.

The price was reasonable which enabled me to lower my overall costs of attending a conference in the area, which was the only reason I chose this location. I felt safe and I was able to park my vehicle where I could see it from my window. The rooms and courtyard are pleasant. Staff was very helpful. My only suggestion would be to consider offering lower carbohydrate and lower sugar breakfast items for those who, like myself, are pre-diabetic. It's handy to have McDonalds and other restaurants nearby and a SaveOn Foods store within 10 minutes walk.

Lovely property. The staff at the front desk answered all our questions and directed us to an amazing restaurant across the street for dinner. The room was clean and well maintained. Appreciated the level of security as well, including cameras and 24 hour front desk. The only somewhat disappointment was the "continental breakfast", but I wasn't too fussed because I'm super picky when it comes to food :-). Overall, we enjoyed our one night stay.
