Do not mistake the Express part of the resort for the Gardens part. Our Express room did not have a refrigerator, or even a kettle. It was of poor grade. The room kept falling apart. Even getting thru the resort to the Express building is difficult. The entire resort closed it's dining room for all lunch and dinner. The staff are friendly. No restraunts nor stores within walking distance.

Staff are very accommodating and helpful the room is very spacious and always maintained the cleanliness. breakfast has variety of unlimited food from 6am till 10am.

It’s a nice setting, however, they are under construction and lack many things that the season traveler is used to. Limited food supplies, no freshwater showers. We only stayed two nights of the four that we paid for. The electricity is turned off at 7am. Comes on 5pm. It’s no fun. If you want to rought it & paid resort prices this is the place.

We really liked staying at this hotel overall, the only regret is that the WiFi doesn’t really work anywhere except in the lobby. The rooms, the staff, the food and amenities were all top notch otherwise. But they couldn’t get the internet to work anywhere, even though they tried to fix it by restarting their router several times. Hopefully, at our next stay, this issue gets fixed.

The best day I’ve been at was nothing wrong with anything. Everything was perfect.
