Let’s just start with security or should I say the lack there of my truck was stolen from the property and this hotel is completely lacking or maybe a crooked security guard there are NO cameras that point to the parking lot we travel all over the country this is the first time we’ve heard this from a “quality” hotel we had also heard others that had their cars broken into throughout the 4 days we we actually checked out a day early we came to town for a car show with a high end custom car I didn’t trust parking it in this parking lot overnight it’s a terrible feeling being 1500 miles from home and no way to get back and a complete lack of caring about our situation all they cared about was the next time also room service doesn’t exist here 4 days no new towels no room cleaning NOTHING!!!!! Needless to say we won’t EVER come back to this property

The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the service was excellent. The room was clean and tidy. However, the air conditioner was very noisy, which was quite disturbing. Also, there was no breakfast available the next morning because of an issue with the power supply in the storage room.

Dissatisfied

It was a family trip so I booked a suite for 5, that offered breakfast. The "suite" was a small room with a couch shoved in one corner. And their idea of breakfast was an apple and a bottle of water. We were in town for a competition, so we did not have time to grab breakfast somewhere else. With for teenagers not being able to gab a bite before a busy day does not go well. The suite was small with no room to move around. I typically book with Embassy and am never disappointed. I will not use Holiday Inn again.
