Knott's Hotel
Staff was very rude and made it very unwelcoming. There were no towels at the pool and when asked for one got attitude from employee. Very disrespectful and as a guest very disappointed

The room was very clean and in good condition, which made for a comfortable stay. However the pool is right in the middle of the car park so we didn't use it and at night it was very noisy.
