STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! Hotel staff Liz and Manager Ruby is very rude! I tried to voice my complaints calmly. But when front desk staff Liz kept making excuses, I was getting tired of it. Blaming the construction that is currently going on. From TV not working, to hotel room phone broken that couldn't even call front desk, bugs in the room then asking hotel staff about it only for them to hand you a can of bug spray, no breakfast as advertised just few snacks left out on the front desk, room key card kept deactivating constantly only for Liz to say its due to construction, wifi also kept disconnected frequently sometimes 1min-10mins i would have to reconnect over and over so forget about it. No free wifi also advertised. hotel fire alarm system also kept going off, daily. BUT the worst of it all. They actually released my room number to another person who is not registered on the room. This was a invasion of my privacy right that a hotel staff violated! Its just pure stupidity. When tried to talk to Manager Ruby, all i got her doing was raising her voice at me, whys its my fault, not taking responsibility for her staff, with no apologies, or empathy. Just pointing the finger at me. I also have her on video walking away not willing to help with anything. But, i wont post it. It was so unbelievable how a guest could be treated this way. I didnt feel safe at Hotel Chino Hills, and i would not recommend or stay here ever again.

Not only are the amenities not available. The tv did not work, I called front desk and they sent some man to fix it. Guess it was the maintenance man.. he had no badge and looked like a gangster. He fixed it and it worked for 5 minutes and did the same thing. The service was terrible!

We went and it is under construction. We were not told that when we booked. The pool, hot tub and breakfast was not available for the 2 days. The elevator was a bit shady as well.

The room/ bathroom were very modern & clean& comfortable, however two days out of the 5 days we were there the cable tv did not work & we left maid service requested on the door & it was only cleaned once; we threw our own trashes & requested towels twice on our own & trash liners . The first room we got had a non working refrigerator, the second room had no coffee pot & we asked for one & wetr given an incomplete coffee maker

While the room was recently renovated, the property was a disaster. Then there were issues with room keys and doors and having to take the long trek back to the desk. I won’t stay here again.

WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I recently had reservations from out of state. The pictures on the website were beautiful, but the reality was horrific and I must say, it was a disastrous experience. The hotel advertised itself as undergoing "small renovations," but the reality was far worse. Both the inside and outside were in complete disarray—there was no pool, no spa, no breakfast bar, and absolutely no lobby. It felt more like a construction site than a place to relax. Upon entering, we were greeted by signs warning of loud noises and dust. The noise was unbearable; it sounded like a sledgehammer going off non-stop.They also had a sign stating they were not responsible for any damage to vehicles in the parking lot, which added to our discomfort. My granddaughter was so frightened by the atmosphere that we felt we had no choice but to leave. She felt like she was in a haunted house. To make matters worse, the hotel would not issue any refund or credit for our stay, despite our numerous attempts to speak with the manager, who was never available and the hotel worker was rude and unprofessional. I advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. It was a truly unsettling experience, and I regret not heeding the warnings. Save yourself the trouble—don't stay here!

The Hotel was under Construction! the WHOLE BUILDING! No pool, no spa, none of the amenities that was offered when we Booked our stay! They told us that our money was nonrefundable. It should not be open for Business. very disappointed. I'll be aware before we book again!

I would never have stayed there if I knew they were underconstruction and the AC was not on and the pool was shut down and no services all the phones didn't even work. was a disaster there... never again

This was by far my worst hotel experience ever. They didn’t provide even a fresh towel per guest (2 guests). They took forever to check me in. The staff charged me for bed linen and three towels for very normal use and small markings that are easily washed out. Not any permanent stains or marks. I’m a very polite and clean guest at hotels. The women at the desk had my wait 30 mins so she could inspect the room while I was there or she wouldn’t give me my $200 deposit back and comes back rude and snappy and only hands me $130 with no explaining or questions. I ask why and she rudely responded bc I’m being charged for three towels and a pillow case and a sheet. If at best one towel had bronzer that spilled on it and is easy to wash out. The linen had a couple marks from my scarf on my hair, also washable bc I’ve had it happen at my house and they wash right out. I should have recorded the rooms condition when I left. Something told me they’d scam me. Every guest I encountered was very unhappy there. Even some people cancelled as I waited for my room. There was little to no parking bc of all the renovation and construction. The hotel was NOT anywhere near the condition advertised. The room was decent but the other spaces (hallway, elevator, lobby, lounge all tore up and dirty it taped and closed off. No breakfast as advertised. The lady was the worst hotel employee I’ve encountered in my 25 years of travel. I’ll never stay here again.
