Hotel staff Liz and Manager Ruby is very rude! I tried to voice my complaints calmly. But when front desk staff Liz kept making excuses, I was getting tired of it. Blaming the construction that is currently going on. From TV not working, to hotel room phone broken that couldn't even call front desk, bugs in the room then asking hotel staff about it only for them to hand you a can of bug spray, no breakfast as advertised just few snacks left out on the front desk, room key card kept deactivating constantly only for Liz to say its due to construction, wifi also kept disconnected frequently sometimes 1min-10mins i would have to reconnect over and over so forget about it. No free wifi also advertised. hotel fire alarm system also kept going off, daily. BUT the worst of it all. They actually released my room number to another person who is not registered on the room. This was a invasion of my privacy right that a hotel staff violated! Its just pure stupidity. When tried to talk to Manager Ruby, all i got her doing was raising her voice at me, whys its my fault, not taking responsibility for her staff, with no apologies, or empathy. Just pointing the finger at me. I also have her on video walking away not willing to help with anything. But, i wont post it. It was so unbelievable how a guest could be treated this way. I didnt feel safe at Hotel Chino Hills, and i would not recommend or stay here ever again.
