No pool no heater , location is ok ,don’t let money in your room stealing

We were supposed to have a 3 bedroom but something had happened and rhey accommodated us different which is ok. However, the room we stayed at smelled like something had died. We opened up the windows and that helped some but I have no idea what that smell was.

Lo mejor era el personal y la ubicación, súper cerca de todo y lo mejor es que para el tour te recogen de la puerta del hotel.

Good hotel meeting all our needs, well maintained and a very helpful staff. I would just add maybe keep noise level late night to a low level.

amazing stay. the staff were very professional, courteous and friendly. everything . worked like clockwork. if i come back to Cusco i would for sure stay here. Thanks to the wonderful staff for making our stay so pleasant.

The bathroom was terrible, does not work, old room and building. Returning to hotel from main square is difficult and you need to call for uber. Breakfast ok. Have an ancient look and staying in castle feelings. Two entrance was confusing specially for those who do not know Spanish.
