My stay overall was pretty good. Lady working the desk when I checked in was very friendly and other staff I encountered were nice as well. The only issue I would say I had is first night there was someone above that was really loud and had a hard time sleeping but rest of stay no issues. Only suggestion I wish they had a traditional continental breakfast vs a grab and go .

The staff was very nice. The room was clean as well as the common areas. I would suggest different breakfast though as I don’t like cheese and prefer not to eat cereal either.

First time avid visitor
So this was our first stay in an avid hotel. The focus is on "sleep" so no coffemaker or microwave on the room which i am fine with. It wasnt a horrible stay but i dont think i would choose this hotel again because the room was way too small and tight a space. We could barely get the luggage cart in without banging into anything. You definitely cant get around someone, in the room. They would have to back up into the bathroom or into the beds. The city is very safe and beautiful though and we would visit the city again just probably stay in a different hotel.
