While an older hotel, it was clean, maintained, and nice for a quick long weekend stay. If you are looking for a clean place to just sleep and shower this is your place plus free breakfast is well always a nice touch. Just an exit away from Kings Island makes it the perfect place to choose as an affordable place to stay when visiting. Plus lots of food options around the hotel too.

Staff pleasant, sufficient amenities like functional microwave, fridge, in room coffee maker. continental "plus" breakfast (sausage patties and eggs precooked somewhere between poached and fried available so at least there's a hot component), decent coffee, good enough blackout curtain to guard your sleep. The area looked nice and there's a Dutch Bros coffee across the street which for us is a plus.

This is an older property near what appears to be quirt some public type housing, and adjacent to two closed restaurants, but happily near HURTS 24 hour Fabulous Donuts . BUT IT IS VERY CLEAN, well-staffed with ALL amenities in great working order. Breakfast is GOOD , clean and tasty as well. Located off major Mason-Montgomery hiway/Interstate 71 entrance/exit. It is, by far worthy of considering, pricewise and only 15 minutes from famous Voice of America park as well as Kings Island. 4🌟
