The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is pretty close to a concert venue there, but beyond that it was a pretty average stay. The room could have been cleaner - we had some ants in the room and it smelled heavily like bleach when we first walked in- and the hot water was like warm, at best, and not just during peak usage hours.

The man at the desk was really nice. The room was extremely basic and didn’t even have a coffee pot. The lock on my door was a PAIN to operate. But the room was a good size and clean. Good location for my concert.

When I did the precheck-in online, everything was fine. The system didn’t say anything was wrong or anything. I drove 3 hours and 45 minutes to get to the hotel. I booked it because my daughter was receiving radiation treatment at Cincinnati children’s hospital and it was what I could afford. I got to the hotel and the man behind the desk refused to finish checking me in because my ID still has my married name and my debit card I had my maiden name on it. I was already charged for the room at this point. I offered to prove my identity another way, he refused. He called his manager, did not explain what was going on just said that I had two different names on my cards and what felt like incriminating me in front of the other people in the lobby. It was embarrassing. Than refused me a refund. Expedia was wonderful in helping me sort the issue out about my refund but unfortunately the damage has been done. I will never go back to this hotel because of this experience.

Staff was kind and polite but the hotel itself is in absolute shambles and brimming with cursed energy. The elevator gets stuck on any one of 3 total floors, one of the stairwells was “taped off” for whatever reason so mobility was a pain. Our first room had dirty water everywhere so they moved us, the second room had stained bedspreads and ants. We didn’t have a choice but to sleep there, so at least the beds were comfortable and the sheets felt clean. Also there was no free breakfast.

Upon entering the room, there was a large puddle of water on the floor where the floor lamp sat in it, plugged in. Puddle never dried up. Ceiling was falling apart. Dirty floor and tub. Loud, could hear people outside of our door. Only had two bath towels and two wash cloths. Pillows had hairs on them inside the pillowcases and pillows were stained. Overall, it was not clean.

I have never stayed in a worse place in my life as this place here. Roaches all over. No hot water at all. Could not control the water temperature in the shower things fell apart. Place is trash. The view, the parking stunk

Our room was dirty, we had to ask for toilet paper, no hot water and it was difficult to find our room # (they werent in order). We checked in later than normal and had a few creepy people lurking around outside trying to help us find our room.

Where to start, I asked for a microwave three times as my room was supposed to have one and no one would give me one. When I arrived I had to walk through six inches of water to get to my room so my shoes and pants were completely soaked. I opened my door to find not a puddle, but a lake covering over half the room. The staff refused to help or change my room. They threw me a few extra towels and told me to clean it up. There was no hair dryer either so my shoes stayed soaked for the trips entirety. My key did not work to open my room and was locked out three different times. I had to build a baricade around the base of the door to keep the water from coming in. After all that I just wanted to take a hot shower and go to bed, except the shower didn't work and there was no hot water so I had to take a freezing cold shower two nights in a row. I not only will never stay at a days inn again, I'm contacting their main hub to refund my stay and if they don't, I will sue them for charged time repairing amd cleaning the room I paid for. I travel a lot and stay at a lot of hotels, but this experience, hands down, is the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I'm truly appalled by the staff and the condition they charged me for. Absolutely, the worst experience ever.

The hotel room looks almost nothing like the pictures. Everything is older and outdated where the pictures make it look remodeled. The beds were very firm and the comforter had holes in it. definitely cheap...so you do get what you pay for here.

The property itself was very clean. The area around it was nice enough as well. My only real complaint and was very noticeable had to be the very, very uncomfortable mattess. It had zero fluff so to speak, felt like i was laying on the ground .

This hotel was dirty! Its also old but anything can be old and clean. Room smelled of smoke, we ants everywhere, the bathroom smelled like urine really bad. BUT the beds were clean and the linen as well. Im not one to leave a bad review but housekeepers on staff with the right tools could make a huge difference. The pricing was great and its near several restaurants and the mall.
