The property seemed a bit old. The hallway where my room was located smelled like mold, and mildew. Especially just two doors down. I mentioned this and asked if I could have another room and they said there was not one available like my room not even offering any option. I usually stay at the Embassy suites in Blue Ash. I want to stay my last night there, and for just a few dollars more was head and shoulders better. I will not be staying at this hotel again when I come into the area.

I was booked to stay from October 5th - October 6th. Upon arrival I was told they over booked and my room was no longer available. To rectify this situation they told me to book another hotel and they would cover the cost. So I booked another hotel, (paying out of my pocket) showed the receptionist the receipt and confirmation and she took my information so they could mail me a cheque for the cost of the new room. I was told I should receive it in 5-7 days. It’s now been 13 days and I have received nothing. To make matters worse this was after an 8 hour drive. This is the most unprofessional establishment that I ever been too. And would highly recommend not booking here.

No hot water are entire stay. I called the front desk and all they could say was unfortunately they had to shut the water off earlier and the hot water would be back on shortly. Next more guess what…. NO HOT water NO WARM water only freezing cold water and I’m in my 3-4 day female monthly window, if you know what I mean. Going without a shower is unacceptable. Staff was no help
