Only one elevator was working which caused ridiculous wait times. I had to take the stairs every time I had to leave or came back- even on the day of checkout we had to take the stairs with all our luggage! The cleaning staff left a nasty towel on the “clean” made up bed. Very disappointing especially after the last time I was supposed to stay here and they had no electricity.
