I booked my room through Expedia and booked a standard king room. Upon arrival I was told that they did not have any standard king rooms left due to third party bookings not being accurate, a queen bed was mentioned but after the receptionist spoke with her manager I was upgraded to a suite with a king bed. Great customer service!

They staff made it seamless to register and informed me of all their amazing amenities. The pool and jacuzzi area was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and social hour are fantastic.
