The hotel has a great breakfast. We had some issues with our room that staff really didn’t seem to care about. They just wrote the issues on a receipt and said ok. Our toilet wouldn’t flush, the tub was clogged so by the time you were done showering it was ankle deep. Half of our lights didn’t work in the room and when we asked for more towels we had to call twice and it took over an hour to get them. We even offered to pick them up ourselves but was told they would bring them.

I have stayed at this Embassy over 40 times. I prefer Hilton properties for personal and business stays. This hotel is nice in the common hotels areas but the rooms need updating. I had dirty drinking glasses and no towels. The couch was so warn, I refused to sit on it! The price was lower this stay. I understand why now.

We have stayed here before. We like the staff, the complimentary drinks, the breakfast, and distance to the Great Wolf Lodge. My only complaint is that the building itself is falling into disrepair and it seems to be getting worse each time we visit. We may be looking elsewhere next time unfortunately.
