We visited Embassy Suites for getaway and had a great time. It in a convenient spot not far from the mall and restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic! We will definitely be revisiting.

Not Hilton Quality – Do Better As a Hilton Honors member, this stay was a huge letdown. I had to call the front desk three times before anyone answered. When I finally checked in, the room was dirty—trash in the bin, crumbs on the floor, stained carpet, gnats flying around. TV and Wi-Fi didn’t work, and I was told to bring my laptop downstairs to connect. Seriously? Customer service was just as bad. When I called for toothpaste, the front desk woman answered like I’d called her personal phone and made me feel like a burden for asking. This place is rundown and unprofessional. I was traveling solo for a funeral and deserved a clean, safe, and respectful environment. Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on this building. I’ll be contacting corporate. Skip this hotel. Not worth your money or stress.

My daughter and I were trapped in a there elevator for 10 to 15 minutes. When we called the emergency call button, they were not apologetic or showing any concern for us. There reply was simply “okay we get someone out there to reset it” not much customer service.

Safe, clean, but crowded.

Very crowded with sports teams! Saturday night the lobby was busy and loud well past 10PM. Elevators are slow and crowded, pool is small and crowded. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant has very limited menu. Continental breakfast is good, but there are no vending machines and a water is $4 from the front lobby.

Both sinks in our room were clogged. The carpet had yucky looking stains. There was construction materials in the parking lot so It looks like they are going to update the rooms. The location is good and everyone that works there is nice.
