Inner Front doors were locked upon arriving and had to call from the lobby phone which the staff picked up and hang up. Staff had to “ check if the room was ready” despite checking in after 11 pm and then the room had no shower curtain

The hotel is independently owned and is poorly maintained. The bathtub was visibly dirty, chipped, and outdated, raising serious cleanliness concerns. Overall upkeep is lacking, and customer service does not seem to be a priority. The “breakfast” offered was a grab-and-go muffin, which was disappointing and not worth the price of the stay. I would not recommend this property.
