We LOVE Hampton Blue Ash!! We travel from South Dakota with Brandon Valley Indoor Percussion and will never run out of good things to say about the facility and staff. See you next year!

Once I entered the room I found a roller paint tray on bathroom counter, a dirty toilet, and a non-functioning heating and cooling unit. This room clearly had not been inspected, and all I got from the clerk was, sorry I will inform management

No water pressure in the shower and it would only get to lukewarm at best. Told the front desk and they did something on their end to make it hotter. However it was so hot it was scalding. Basically unable to take showers for 2 days, light in the bathroom didn’t work and overall bad experience.

This was a desperation kind of place. The water was tepid in the shower, bed was broken, tv was broker (we were told it would be at check in), breakfast was cardboardy and tasteless. Its overpriced for quality received should be a 50-60/night place.
