We stayed 4 nights on this trip. Our room was exactly as described online. The room was clean. We did not have any shampoo or conditioner and didn't realize that until the following morning when one of us took a shower. As soon as we mentioned it to the front desk, they supplied the missing items. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Room was clean. Staff was polite. The only thing that I would say that was a negative…the cologne the front desk staff was wearing was extremely obnoxious. I’m not a scent-sensitive person, but this was overbearing and overpowering.

The room they put is in smelked strongly of urine and had a big yellow strain in the middle of the carpet. We were surprised they would even open such a room to a guest. They did relocate us to another room next door which was better but also not up to the standard of cleanliness I would expect for a Hilton property.

When I got to my room, I noticed a large stain on the carpet, and the carpet was wet. I assume housekeeping cleaned the carpet, but it had not completely dried, nor removed the stain. There were orange colored marks on the wallpaper by the toilet, and also on one couch cushion. The TV was not working so I contacted the front desk, but no one came to assist. The room was near the elevator, and very noisy from people yelling in the hallway. I will never stay here again.

We LOVE Hampton Blue Ash!! We travel from South Dakota with Brandon Valley Indoor Percussion and will never run out of good things to say about the facility and staff. See you next year!

Once I entered the room I found a roller paint tray on bathroom counter, a dirty toilet, and a non-functioning heating and cooling unit.
