I booked the room for my husband, son and a couple buddies. The site said the Queen studio slept 6. The pictures showed two queens and a large couch that looked like a pullout. There was no couch. There were only 2 queen beds and a small chair. It sleeps 4, max. They didn’t realize the issue until getting home after the soccer match so it was super late. I called the lobby and they seemed just as shocked as me to find there was no couch. Eventually someone brought up a pop up mattress for my son to sleep on so he didn’t have to sleep in a chair all night. The room did not match the listing at all.

Nice clean hotel in downtown area. Area Safe and walkable to baseball stadium .Kerri -Ann at the front desk was very Nice and helpful. Convent Parking in garage right across the street cost me around 20 dollars for the one day i stayed.

Be prepared to pay for parking. Valet service for overnight stay was a great option. Highly recommend... Comfortable bed, nice staff, great valet parking, and so much around that you can easily walk to.

Property was clean and felt safe. There were many people around at all times and key cards were required to operate elevators. Only around 8 blocks to stadiums. Street level noise was very noticeable late into the evening from our 10th floor rooms. Room was very spacious and a lot of windows . Parking is next door and very expensive but that's a big city thing anymore. Elevators in the parking garage were all out. Not a hotel issue just making aware.

We booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms was great. The second room had a problem with the A/C so the staff was nice enough to give us another room. The second room had problems with the smoke detector. Other than those few problems, it was a wonderful stay. The view from one of our rooms was perfect. The place was very clean and very nice staff. Beautiful historic building. Look forward to going next year.

Kerry Ann was amazing and got us checked in and helped cleared up some booking issues. The evening staff was lax, uninterested and didn't seem to want to help when we asked for a couple of firm pillows.
