Had a good stay. The suite with two rooms was good but completely clean. Over all if you just plan on sleeping and spending a whole day out especially to Kings Island.

Worst stay ever
Had cockroaches in my room, other guests had the same issue. Service people were very unpersonable and when I showed the cockroach at checkout the guy took pictures but never reported the claim and picture to his manager. Tried to get a comp night because of the infestation and the manager went with me to look where i killed the cockroach and he straight stepped on the piece of it left and acted like it wasn’t there and said I brought them in like a ignorant person and just argued, very unprofessional but act like there a 5 star hotel and they are the best! Never again!

The room was not clean there was hair in the shower, the shower itself was dirty. The kitchen was dirty the fridge was leaking and there was a big puddle that had dried, not sure what it was of. Something was spilled in the AC/heater. No one came in to clean the room for the whole time we stayed there, we were there for 3 nights and 4 days. Towels were never replenished nor were the toiletries or toilet paper, we had to go ask for all of those things. The breakfast was not great either, and the tea water was full of coffee grounds as well.

Had to change rooms because there was not a sofa bed in the first room. Second room was dirty and not at all up to my expectations. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just ok. Would add photos of the room if the app would let me :(

Had to have rooms changed because the thermostat in the first room was hanging out of the wall and the ac smelled like burning. in the second room the heat couldn’t be on because the burning smell came back, the room was filthy, and there was a lingering smell of weed in the hallway. also the bathtub was atrocious.

When checking in, the front desk woman gave us keys and a room number. When we went to the room we were assigned, we opened the door and the room still had occupants inside with unmade beds and trash all over. Went back to the desk, and she reprogrammed our keys to the room next door instead. The TV was unplugged from the wall, as well as the cable. There was coffee provided but no coffee maker. There was a kitchenette wirh a random old knife in the drawer. There was gross brown water damage coming from the fuse box on the wall. The bathroom was FILTHY. There was no trash can in the bathroom. There was a bible with an old check and an other pieces in it. Overall, very very dirty and unsanitary. We were not informed of breakfast times during check in, and there was no phone in the room to call the front desk. The building reeked of smoke/marijuana. All of the doors were supposed to be white but appeared a different color due to the dirt and grime that was all over it. There was no working light in the entrance of the room. There was a random extension cord from one side of the room to the next for “accessibility”. The beds were not properly made, the sheets were half off the corners and the bed skirts were tucked up under the beds. The drawers to the randomly placed nightstands were broken and crooked. Overall, not any place I would recommend to anyone. Very disgusted and not impressed with the state of this hotel.

Front desk staff was great, but the property is run down and the room was dirty. There was a Cheerio on the floor and the tub was blackish along the bottom. But it was fine for what we needed.
