Facility was clean, and really nice for its location. The room though was something. Toilet had a metal flusher like a public toilet, pillows were flat and horrible to sleep on, and the ac on would make the place smell musty.

Hotel had no hot water and because of this every time we went it use the bathroom we needed 15-30 min wait for water to warm up. Waited 2 hours after calling housekeeping for fresh linen and toilet paper Restaurant service was ridiculous! No clean glasses waited 40 mins for coffee.

This is a outstandingly cool, well maintained, very stylish old hotel. It's like stepping into something from a hundred years ago. But let me be clear, it is an old hotel, if you want more modern features and decor, you will be disappointed. Bar/restaurant area were gorgeous, good happy hour, food wasn't anything special.

Horrible room bad service

We booked thru you. When we got there they said since we booked with you they really didn’t save our room. We booked a king sized bed with a hot tub. Said they didn’t have one gave us a dirty room with two full beds. One of the lamps didn’t even have shade on it. Old thermostat still on wall. Smelled.

Convenient to the Great American Ballpark

We stayed here and walked to the Great American Ballpark. It was a great location. Just a 10 minute walk! The hotel was clean and comfortable. My only wish was that they have built in charging ports in the room, so don’t forget your charging block!

Terrible experience

I payed for 2 nights however the deck receptionist was not nice. The room was mind blowing of how terrible the condition was peeling pain and stained chair and dirty bathtub I didn’t even stay for the entire time. We left the very next day paying for a night that we didn’t even stay because we couldn’t stand it.

Super convieneint, short walk to Paycor stadium, for the Flying Pig marathon. Lot of good close by restaurants. Old hotel with old type charm, very small bathroom, cramped even. Beds were A+ super comfortable, and room was very clean. Valet parking will get ya at $49 a day.

I was disappointed at the rundown area and vacant storefronts in the area. It was not appealing to walk down the streets and see filthy windows and no shops open. I was disappointed in the hotel because it felt so desolate. Only two shops open in the whole tower. Kind of felt like downtown Chicago.
