The sink was clogged, the coffee maker not working correctly, no conditioner in the shower. The room was clean. At 9:05 a.m. Breakfast was almost gone, but the woman in charge of breakfast said she would make more, didn't want to wait and didn't want to make her make breakfast for 25 more minutes left of breakfast. She was friendly

The staff was very friendly and very helpful! The room was spacious. Bathroom is a great size. Carpets appeared stained. Comforter and bed sheets were stained. I called and asked for replacements. They brought up new set. Surfaces appeared clean. Construction is happening all around hotel. Property looked sketchy when we first arrived. Location is close to interstate and nearby many things to do. We were in a room next to elevators which are very noisy!

Highly Recommend

Coming from a not so great hotel in another city this was a breath of fresh air. Comfortable, clean with full amenities. Had a slight billing issue and Kayelynn was extremely helpful in trying to rectify. Not yet resolved but confident it will be. Staff at breakfast so kind and personable. Went out of her way to serve us. Great hotel!!!
