Decent hotel at a good price. I was heading to the children’s hospital and this was about 15 minutes by car and a lot cheaper than the close hotels.

Very clean and quiet hotel. The modern room was great and we loved the Keurig coffee maker! Didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but we did use the fitness room which we enjoyed.

High price low quality
The room was in very bad shape. Curtain half torn off the window. Ceiling in the bathroom looked like it had a leak and then repaired by a three year old. Ceiling heat light in the bathroom was not set in a receptacle. There was no cold water in the bathroom sink. The hand wash was not filled the three days we were there. There were some very suspect stains on the couch cushions.

This hotel was quiet. Close to a lot of eating places. It was super close to the zoo and aquarium. It only took about 10 minutes to get to both places. Only thing that was bad was exiting and entering was difficult bc of a hill & you couldn’t really see.

The only problem was that the room wasn’t ready at appointed time but we went out to eat a nice meal. Restaurant suggested by staff and staff was very apologetic about room.

Hotel shows wear and tear. Rooms were update however not well maintained. TV wasn't working and given another room. The second room's shade was torn, desk lamp was missing the control panel. Stayed for six nights and not once was the trash emptied, had to ask to have new fresh towels, also asked for sheets to be changed but didn't think it happened – they just made up the bed. The room wasn't vacuumed during our stay. Claimed the staffing was low due to recent storm. The breakfasts were decent, plenty choice to start the day with. Overall not satisfy with quality of hotel.

The room itself has some problems, nothing too serious. Broken wall thermostat and window unit control had bad led display. A lamp had a broken switch plate (i do not know for sure it was not dangerous). I believe the hotel was full, so maybe I got the last room? Breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and confirtable.
