Outstanding Stay!

We couldn't have choose a better Hotel for our two night stay in Cincinnati. Easy to arrive off major highway with parking garage right next to lobby. Very friendly staff made us feel welcome right from our arrival. Small and cozy hotel with everything you could ask for. Super clean and very quiet. Even took advantage of the five foot indoor pool. Hard Rock Casino three blocks away and Paycor Stadium 20 minute walk. Parked my car on arrival and never had to use it till driving home. This place gets a A+.

Friendly hotel in Downtown Cincinnati

Wonderful service, friendly staff and great location in downtown near a stop for the free Connector train which the staff told us about. Nice bar, breakfast was an expensive buffet with lukewarm food. It was the only negative.

Nice place! Could use a few upgrades though!

Nice place, great location. Some small upgrades would make all of the difference. E.g. the towels were really small and low quality and the toilet paper was the same brand that you get when doing jury duty. Super weird because the body was and shampoo were very nice... Not a deal breaker, but I'll at least bring my own tp in the future! 😃

The location was perfect. Centralized within walking distance to our interests. If needed, there is a Cincinnati connector stop right around the corner. The management and front reception employees went over and beyond my expectations to pull off a 60th birthday surprise for a dear friend of mine. They allowed me and a friend to decorate her room early in the morning so when she arrived she was completely surprised. If you are into MLB, the stadium is literally around the corner with an easy 8 minute walk. The Cincinnati River Front Park is absolutely pristine. I would stay here again if ever in that neck of the woods again.

Had some last minute vacation plans and stayed here. It was great. Breakfast buffet was nice, and front desk person that checked me in was so nice. The only complaint I have was parking. Scanner didn't work when I was leaving. Then after about 5 minutes of struggling, gate was opened. But then I had to circle back to return the key. Was a little annoyed by that. Wish they had something like a QR code to send to use as a scanner instead of a card.
