I like that it was easy check in and out and the service was very friendly. The hotel was very quiet. And the room very nice and the bed very comfortable. My stay was great.

My husband and I stayed one night while traveling through Cincinnati. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast voucher was provided. We were in a rush to get on the road so we were able to get breakfast to go. I would stay here again.

Not great but good enough
The beds were comfy, the shower was hot, and the breakfast was just fine. I was pretty dissapointed that the soaps came in single use plastive containers. Also the heater was really loud and woke me and my mom up 4 or 5 times in the night. There were stains along the sides of the beds that looked like snot or boogers.

Great weekend visit!
It was a very nice hotel room and very clean. Loved that the mattress was protected from use by a mattress bag and mattress cover and then a mattress topper and then bedding. It was quiet and comfortable.

The room we stayed in was not clean. It was toothpaste still in the bathroom sink and hair in the sink. Stains on the pillows, sheets and hair in the beds. When we came back only the beds were made, they didnt change the trash, so our trash cans started to overflow. The new sheets and pillows had stains on it. Had to ask for new pillows and sheets again.
