Great location!

Great location. Comfy bed. Would have given 5 stars overall but we never got our room serviced and had to request towels, coffee, etc. But they were good about bringing the items to us.

The room 616 had BED BUGS I had to move to 812 another room which was a lot smaller then what I originally paid for I went to a king when I paid for two Queen which was very inconvenient. Was I compensated for the smaller room??

The entrance was not well marked, there where no luggage cart’s available at any time during our stay. Finally when we asked for pillows we were informed that they had. I more, staff was observed sleeping on the ground floor piano.

We reserved and prepaid for a 1BR suite for 3 adults. At check in we were assigned an en suite room with no separate bedroom and the desk person did not tell us about it. We complained and were told the type of room we booked was oversold. We pressed for right accommodation and were ultimately provided 2 adjacent. It is dishonest for Hilton to attempt a bate and switch and require us as guests to police our booking after a long journey. That’s not good hospitality and is shameful.
