This hotel is horribly managed. Our room was extremely dirty upon check in, with no option to get a new room bc the hotel was fully booked. For example, the floor, the table and walls had green frosting or paint smeared all over. The pull out couch was left dirty, like slept in sheets, the bed was covered in filth, the mattress is stained, brown and likely infested. We slept on top of the couch with two sheets between the dirty couch and us. The king bed has a mattress liner on it but it’s so destroyed it’s not protecting you from anything. The bed in our room was clearly so old and saggy, it completely sunk in to the middle. When I checked the bed it had stains and hair all over the matress cover. Bathroom door was falling off the tracks and hardly able to stay on. The pool was brown! The sides haven’t been cleaned in years, it’s covered in filth. To no surprise at all the pool was closed two of the three days we were there. The breakfast was horrible. Clearly made at 6:30 am and left out until it’s all gone. Sunday breakfast is supposed to go to 10 and they didn’t refill anything after 9. Leaving people scrambling for scraps and there was trash filled to the top, unwashed tables and no one trying to facilitate the breakfast. The staff seemed to accept the conditions and just say “sorry”. One person at the front desk told me “you know people don’t work that hard in America and this is just what you get out of some cleaning staff” do not stay here!!!!!!

The rooms were neat and clean, one of our rooms, the sliding bathroom door would not close or lock. The breakfast was a disaster and disappointing, at 820 am, most of the stations were empty, cereal was stale, coffee pots empty and tasted water down. Asked the staff to get simple stuff like plates, spoons, and creamers numerous times, overall very disappointing

Very nice hotel. Quiet area. However, i went down for breakfast at 8 am and there no food, just eggs. If breakfast is advertised and the hotels know it was sold out then more food should have been prepared, as breakfast was not end until 9 am. Even the coffee containers were empty.

This hotel is the worst!!

I will never recommend this hotel. It is beyond me how it has a 8.8 rating because the hotel is terrible. When we arrived, our room was so dirty I had to take Clorox wipes and wipe down everything, the bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. Then shortly after arrival, our kids wanted to go down to the pool. The pool water was disgusting. it was cloudy, murky and gray in color. I asked the desk how often they cleaned the pool and I was told it was shocked daily, which I do not believe that for one second. The next morning we went down for the free breakfast service, a total joke. We arrived at 8:10 the breakfast was supposed to last until 9:00am, everything was gone. It was just empty serving dishes. The only thing that was left was some sausage links and we had to use paper cups to put our sausage in. I asked the person working the breakfast service If they were bringing out more food. I was told in a very rude tone “we’re working on it.” We waited 20 mins and had to leave to get to my daughter’s softball game. Also we tried to fill our water bottles with ice, but no luck the ice machines didn’t work. We came back to the hotel at 4:30pm to a dirty room, house keeping did not clean our room. The pool was even dirtier than the day before. We had a shopping bag with snacks sitting on the desk in our room. We found Everything was covered in ants. Location of hotel is in bad area too. Do not book this hotel..

The beds were very comfortable. Only negative is we had reserved a handicap room, but it had a bathtub instead of a walk-in, which made it difficult for someone getting ready to have hip surgery to get in and out of.

Pool had dirty bandaid. No towles for pool 1st day. Miserable breakfast. Hotel charges deposit, but wasnt warned, then charge appears for time stayed. Before the depsoit and charge falls off. So 2 charges at same time, takes a week to finalize. Room was clean, so 2 stars. Will not come back.
