The staff was very nice from the time we checked in to ordering food from the restaurant, which was absolutely amazing to the bartender and her conversation and her cocktails. The rooms were spacious and clean and the theme of the hotel was very cute and I would recommend this for families with children or just a girls trip which we did.

Front desk staff were great. The young lady working poindexters was really great. The staff at Fiona’s didn’t seem like they wanted business. No eye contact. The room was cold at 80 degrees. Sink wouldn’t drain. No water in the room.

The hotel decorations were a lot of fun, and the room itself was very clean and spacious. We had dinner onsite at Fionas, it was delicious. The server was top notch. She really went the extra mile to accommodate my family. Great decor, great food, great music, great staff and great location. We would definitely stay here again.
