My husband and I stayed here twice in a month and just had an amazing experience each time. The convenience of the valet parking and coordinating app that had our car ready quickly to the professionalism of the front desk staff and the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Nice and clean, which is a must. Bed though, wasn’t that comfortable. And pillows were puffy and very hard. Bring your own pillow and room would be good. No free parking, but that’s pretty standard with big cities and downtown hotels.
