I was supposed to get my refund back and they said a week it's going on two weeks and then when I call they don't answer or they tell me one thing to other . I left after going up in my room finding out my window will not close and the bed has wet food stain on it the walls had been colored on and trash on the floor as well it smell like dog and cat piss in the room as well I just want my money back seen I had to go to another hotel .

Serves its purpose

Rooms weren’t the cleanest, you can tell they were adjusting to at least new owners/employees and were trying to learn the ropes. Pool and hot tub nice but again, could be cleaner. The bed was comfortable but the blankets were meh. This hotel served its purpose and we had a decent experience. They are trying and should only improve over time.

I have contacted Wyndham corporate to report this hotel. We did NOT even stay the second night and checked out firat thing in the am after the first night. This hotel is beyond disgusting. I took photos of everything! Check us into a dirty room. The pool area smelled of pond, water and fish. There was a closet door opened in there that exposed chemicals, and there were screws in the floor of the pool area.There was scaffolding blocking the exit. Gross hair all over the bathroom. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. We did not even stay the second night and I have contacted corporate to receive a refund. Because the people running the hotel do not even speaking english.

The room was missing a tv remote and the fridge seal was wonky at the top, both of which we did not complain about and ommitted as they were not that important to our stay. They offered free water bottles in the lobby which was nice. Their pool, however, was open regardless of the healthcode violations posted on the doorway. This was not mentioned at any time and only acknowledged when we went to tell the front desk that the pool was a part of our decision process of choosing the hotel. They only had one worker on Saturday morning, with no supervisor coming in for 2 days according to her. They fixed my issue with them monetarily, but not with communication. Their rooms were average and clean.Just want to warn people of their pool that they advertise as available when it literally has a paper posted that it cannot be taken down until fixed.

Probably the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The floors in common areas were filthy and the floor in our room was clearly not swept. They sent someone to clean the floor at our request and she came and mopped without sweeping first which just moved the dirt and hair around. The window in the room wouldn’t close all the way which meant we heard traffic from the freeway all night. It also smelled like pot. We were too grossed out to eat breakfast there.

My stay at La Quinta

It was ok the person that checked us in was good and sweet and gave us a good deal the fitness room was pretty decent besides the face people did not clean up behind themselves it was half drunken water bottles left trash was over flowing equipment wasn't wiped down our bed had a lot of blond hair all in it there was kids running around everywhere which I wasn't too much complaining about because I had 10 kids with me celebrating my son birthday but the issue I had was none of the other kids parents was around kids were hanging out of windows being loud definitely safety issues breakfast was ok the bagels didn't taste so good there was no meats

The staff were courteous, but the place is pretty dirty and unkept. The hall way carpet was dirty. The only elevator the have for the whole building was extremely dirty and the room was not well kept, the bathroom fan did not have a cover on and the tub was stained and with scratches (so much that I didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower there). The paint job in the rooms was terrible (paint over door knobs and light fixtures). The lighting of the room was all white light giving that feel of you being in a hospital. Not comfy at all. I just spend one night and had thoughts of going to different hotel because I didn’t feel comfortable or safe there.

We arrive at this hotel to find out there was no working pool. We were not informed the pool wasn’t working before our arrival. After checking into our first room it was a mess. The white bedding on both bed had many stains including mildew. There was a salt like substance all over the dressertop. The bath room was dirty. We were given a second room which was used and dirty. Our third room was the same as the first one, stained bedding, boogers on the wall and all in the sink, as if it was a sickness hideaway. Finally our fourth room was clean but the drawers on the dresser would not stay closed therefore we had to tape them closed to avoid running into them at night. The breakfast was okay the first morning but the second morning look as if it was all left over from the day before. Half of the food wasn’t out at 06:30 in the morning and the gravy definitely was diluted with too much water trying to save it from the prior morning. All in all, we will not be returning to this hotel due to the lack of cleanliness and discomfort.

Absolutely filthy room. When I arrived around 11pm exhausted from a 6 hour drive with a toddler. I walked into the hotel room that I was given and it had not even been cleaned yet. Go back to front desk. Apparently he gave us the wrong room. Them the room we actually booked that was supposedly clean was absolutely filthy. My daughter walked around the floors for about 30 minutes and her feet were black! They had wood floors that had looked like they have not been clean in awhile. There was dust and dirt in all the draws. Toilet had a leak. We had to wipe out feet with wipes before getting into bed each time because of how filthy the floor was. It was late at night so I didn’t go to front desk and was waiting till morning. I decided to cancel my other 2 days left in the stay with the hotel because of my experience. I let them know it was filthy and all I was leaving to hotel next door and all they said was “ok” The only thing good about my experience is the girl helping me get a refund and helped me as quickly as she could
