It wa so loud. There were kids pool parties going on and above my room kids screaming, loud music, dogs barking, big loud thuds, etc… until midnight. I had to call the front desk 2x and it didn’t seem to help. It was just so loud. Breakfast was lacking as well.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bed was broke in one of the rooms I let them know about it also was told it would be fixed while we where out but that never happened we ended up leaving early due to the bed but other then that great property and good options for breakfast

The property itself is clean and well taken care of. The room left a lot to be desired. It smelled like a literal barn. The neighbors were WILD (music, marijuana, and some "relations" that were NOT easily explained to children). I called the front desk multiple times and no one answered. The hotel was VERY reasonable in cost and the kids loved the pool, but I won't be staying here again due to the smell and the lack of support for the WILD guests that were incredibly disruptive LATE (after midnight). I tried to call the desk not only from the room phone, but also the number provided for LivINN on the web.
