Everything was clean, housekeeping staff was very accommodating. Front desk staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good until it wasn’t. The last few days of our stay it tastes as though the food may have been used from the day before. Biscuits were stale and overcooked, the decaf was cold and the sausage had a vinegar flavor to it. Other than that our stay was great!

The property and the service are great. However the check in process was terrible as we had to call Expedia and have the payment sent to the hotel. The credit card was as denied even though I had already paid. This was a long complicated process and very frustrating. I expected to check right in with out hassle. To make matters worse I was told the room would only cost 75.00 dollars if I had called the hotel directly. I will not be using Expedia in the future nor recommend it to others.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was not that great. The waffle maker was not cooking the waffle all the way through. Had to leave the waffle in for three times to get it done. The eggs were gross but other than that it was okay.

VOA stay

Only two complaints. Check-in desk was not staffed at 2pm on a Sat. afternoon. My husband and I and another group waited well over 15 minutes for a staff member to appear and than one of the computers would not download. Secondly, no elevator available.
