The hotel was fine, our toilet was loose and would run. Besides that our room was nice. The area the hotel was in is kind of sketchy, but no one bothered us. Close enough to downtown without the downtown price.

Eh.. for the money??
The foundation of the property is pretty broken down. The outside looks worn. Entry is nice, staff was nice, easy check in and check out. The room was clean-ish. You walk in and there is A horrible odor. Hair in shower, and on floor in bathroom.. mold in the shower, and looked like poo or makeup smeared on the ceiling in the bathroom. Only given 1 shampoo to last A couple for 2 days. The blankets are not heavy or warm at all.

Good overall stay
Good place for the price. Location is great if you have an event downtown. Have their own free parking deck. People who worked there were very nice and they have free breakfast. Can be a little noisy because the hotel is right next to the interstate but not a big deal.

While the property very clean, it was an old building that was poorly renovated. The water pressure low in the shower, bathtub wouldn’t plug and hot water was very minimal. The staff at night was super friendly and helpful.

I can not hold the hotel accountable for what goes on off the hotel property but it is located in the hood but it a very convenient location. I slept well and hotel monitors their property well I felt safe. If anything people watching was kinda entertaining.

It would be helpful if the rooms had a TV Channel guide. The safe deposit aspect was a bit confused. The services guide says that safes exist at reception and guests are given a key but in reality this is not the case. Items are placed in a sealed envelope in a 'master/central' safe and you have to ask staff to remove your envelope. Not all staff had acess to the code/key necessary and I had to wait until a manager was in attendance which was not always convenient
