Check in was slow. Clerk was hard to understand. Initially checked us into a room that wasn’t clean or was already occupied as there was trash in the cans and the beds were not made. Breakfast item has nothing healthy. A carb filled bread items. Nothing healthy. No fruit.

Mildew and MOLD

The whole hotel smells like an old musty basement that has been unoccupied for years. The first room we were put in had mold on the mattress cover, holes in the wall patched with tape, giant house centipede dead in the corner, and dust on the dresser like it hadn’t been cleaned.

Not too many choices for breakfast. There is no elevator for customer use so you have to use the stairs. Was ok since we just stayed 1 night.

The room's lighting was poor. We had one lamp for the room itself. The lighting in the bathroom was better. The tub was stained and appeared dirty in nature. There was a stale odor in the room althought the hallway was pleasant in terms of the scent. Upgrades are definitely needed.

Shower not clean; candy wrapper and a chunk of soap stuck in drain. Green finger paint in tub. Wall plates cracked; large smoke stain coming out of electrical socket. Walls very dirty; metal fixtures in bathroom rusting/corroding. Floors extremely dirty. Curtain does not completely close. Very dim lighting in room. A large round smoke stain on the ceiling. TV did not work. However, the staff is pleasant. Will never stay in a Quality Inn ever again; absolutely never.

IT WAS OK.

It was ok not that bad, the heater didnt work and the toilet was stopped up and kept running over after telling them several times. Flooring was coming up which was a bit of a harzard. Other then that im grateful it wasnt any bugs or anything. It was a safe place to sleep.

Deceiving reviews

Stained walls, stained lamp shades, potential blood on the shower curtain, room was musty, mold on the ceiling in the shower, duck tape on the shower head, hair in the blow dryer, 3 of the 4 towels in the bathroom had stains on them my wife and I had to share the only clean towel. We almost stayed in our car. Would not recommend to anyone. Not even my greatest enemy. Wish I could get my money back.

What i like: Plenty of room. Good coffee. Friendly staff. Bed comfortable. Didnt like: Some stains on bedding , floor is dirty, my feet got filthy. Need hand rail to get out of shower. Different shower curtain, water got on the floor.
