Staff was good, the building was good. Getting in and out of the property was a problem due to the driveway access. Turning left out of the property was very hard.

After check in…. I went to the room and is was full of moisture and smelled like mold. I asked for a different room but they were full. This room was a handicap room which I did not reserve. I asked for a refund but this was booked through Expedia. I had to go through Expedia for a refund. Still waiting for that to be settled since this was a non refundable reservation. I’m sure Expedia will do the right think. Do not stay at this hotel!!!! The worker at the front desk was very nice. That was the only positive.

All the staff were personable & very friendly. Breakfast area was clean & plentiful. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is we felt the floors in the room needed to be cleaned deeper. They appeared clean but the carpet had a bit of an oily feel & the hard floors were a little tacky/sticky.

Don't stay here

The reviews and pictures on Hotels.com did not match reality. The lobby was rundown and dirty, the room was also rundown and unclean. The furniture had not been dusted in what looked like a long time. There were people loitering outside (non-guests) stopping me when I went in and out. I did not stay after all but was unable to get a refund because I had booked through Hotels.com. I drove about 10 minutes and checked into the Graduate and paid slightly more than I paid for the comfort Inn and was very pleased with it.

Average stay

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had grout that was 2 different colors. (not sure if the grout was dirty or legit 2 colors. In front of the shower had white grout and the rest had a dark brown.) The hotel itself looked okay and was presentable, but had a foul smell as you walk past the front desk (smelled like backed up sewage.) The room, however smelled fine.

I loved the way Theresa made us feel, she was so friendly and knew my husband was there for surgery at Christ Hospital, she never failed for 2 weeks to ask how he was doing. She made the Inn feel comfortable.

Unfortunately, the lobby and common area smell like sewage. However, the sleeping floors, elevator, and stairwells were fine. The room was nicely appointed, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and very clean.

We did not get the room we were supposed to. We had to settle for a smaller room. Towels were thin and cheap. Bannister was falling off so could not use it going up or downstairs. Exit doors led out to padlocked gates, so definitely fire safety hazard. Definitely not as advertised

Nice hotel

Everyone was so kind and so helpful. Room was clean, staff was amazing. Breakfast was good and warm with a lot of options. Would definitely stay again.

Nice clean room with containers of shampoo and lotion. Very safe. Breakfast was nice with sausage, eggs and tater tots. Towels are very aoft too. People were very friendly and helpful. Great staff.
