A couple of the ladies at the front desk were wonderful. Unfortunately the interior of the hotel is very dark, dated and looks dirty in places. It does not look like the pictures on the hotel’s website or on Hotels.com. A lightbulb was out in the ceiling fixture in the bathroom and the small sink by the mini-fridge moved around quite a bit when you turned the faucets on. Overall we were very disappointed with the condition of the hotel and will not stay here again.

It’s like at night, the outlets didn’t work, there’s no ventilation in the bedroom, and the key fobs stopped working, I had to go to the desk twice, at night to get them reprogrammed.

Typical Comfort Inn. I liked the location- easy off and on I-75. Gas station and restaurant within walking distance. Nice breakfast selection. Check in was really slow. I’m never sure what the clerk is doing for so long. Almost felt like a full background check was being run on me haha. A check in should take 2-3 minutes not 10+

Hotel was close enough to campus so that worked out for us. Close to Ludlow Ave and the local establishments. Staff was gtienfly and allled me access to room earlier than planned so that was big help.
