Very convenient to kings Island. Only gripe is that the rooms have an unusual design. Bathroom is in the center of the room with a sliding barn style door. This meant that the TV is offset at an odd angle from everything else in the room. Still a very nice hotel and rate was quite reasonable.

The girl who checked us in was absolutely the best. I've never had such an enjoyable check in!! Other hotel guests were very loud unfortunately, but otherwise enjoyable.

Sleepless night
Hotel and front service was excellent. Only downfall was my family and I was on the 3rd floor and whoever was above us on the 4th floor was extremely loud and was unable to sleep. They woke my grandbaby up twice. Call front desk to see if they could kindly ask that room to quiet down it was after 1230 am. We was told we could get a different room but really at 1230 am. Needless to say we didnt get much sleep, should of just checked out. Left early though.

This hotel was really nice and clean, the service desk representatives were helpful and polite, only a couple of issues the outside fire pit took time to light and when it did it kept cutting on and off, we finally got it to work. Was looking forward to swimming but the pool was really cold but was told it was heated, the walls are really thin as you can hear other showers running. Otherwise the stay was comfortable and very nice breakfast..haven't stayed at a hotel with a hot nice breakfast in a while that was refreshing..will hopefully visit again 😊

The TV was not working. We spoke with reception and they said they would send someone. Nobody showed. The sink faucet was damaged and turning sideways. The cleanliness of the room and hotel overall was excellent. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal! So many options and the fresh waffle are to die for!

The staff was just extremely kind. Unfortunately its rare in the world today, in the past it was common and rare to have rude service. Now sadly kindness is rare! ❤️ andbit was a clean place w a great breakfast.. highly recommended

We loved this hotel and our room. We stayed here for a trip to kings island. A bonus is the end of each hall has a huge window facing kings island and you can watch their fireworks and drone show from the comfort of the hotel. Very clean, staff was great. We will be back!
