The staff was just extremely kind. Unfortunately its rare in the world today, in the past it was common and rare to have rude service. Now sadly kindness is rare! ❤️ andbit was a clean place w a great breakfast.. highly recommended

We loved this hotel and our room. We stayed here for a trip to kings island. A bonus is the end of each hall has a huge window facing kings island and you can watch their fireworks and drone show from the comfort of the hotel. Very clean, staff was great. We will be back!

Great stay and customer service. Only thing I would suggest is daily cleaning of the room. We were there for four days and one time the trash was emptied and new towels were given.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room and bathroom were spotless and our beds were comfortable. The couch bed was a little too hard to sleep well, but other than that everything was great.
