Customer service from onsite staff was the best this hotel had to offer. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel could use a maintenance overhaul. The rooms were very much showing their age with beat up floors, stained furniture, chipped and worn down paint. The cleanliness was not great, noticeable dust in corners of the room and places the top of the toilet paper holder (which was also falling off the wall). Hotel lobby, bar, and coffee shop are nice. Location is great, however, the abandoned building next door is being worked on so construction work begins at 6am! Nice and noisy! I wouldn't expect it to be super quiet given that it's in the heart of downtown, but the construction definitely makes it unpleasant.

It’s very average. The ceilings and floors are pretty thin, it’s an older building so it was very easy to hear the people above us at all hours. The HVAC vent in our room dripped water right where you had to stand to use the mirror in the powder room. The Toilet was not leveled/properly sealed so everytime you sat down it tilted and made a loud noise. It’s just not what I expected given the luxurious photos posted and upscale feel that’s presented. If this was a holiday inn express or something I wouldn’t complain but this was supposed to be nicer than that. The staff was friendly and it is in walking distance to several restaurants and bars. But be advised that they are demolishing a huge building right beside the hotel so if you’re trying to sleep in late you will be woken up by the noise.

Loved the property. Maybe a 5 minute walk from where I needed to go. I called the front desk for someone to help zip up my dress and she came quick! They only offer valet parking though. Had great mocktails as well and the chicken sandwich was fire. I’d stay there again.
