The room itself was fine. Clean and comfortable as expected. The room service was TERRIBLE! we were missing part of our order and what we did get was overcooked and missing part of the order and it took over 2 hours. By the time we got it no one was answering the phone so we just had to take what we got. We were tired after the football game and that’s why we didn’t just go out to eat. The neighbors were loud and belligerent at 2am. We called the front desk and security came up. I was impressed that they stayed up there, because less than 5 minutes after the first time security talked to them, they started up again. Security knocked and gave them a final warning and we got some sleep. Overall the room was comfortable and clean. Just don’t get the room service. It’s awful.

Jovi checked us in and she couldn’t have done a better job!!! Pointed us to all the attractions, transportation, food, etc. Super friendly and absolutely LOVED our stay. Ended the night at the hotel bar. Bartender was amazing and we also ordered food (pizza) which was excellent. Especially impressed with the security of the hotel. Will definitely be back!

Nice overnight stay for a ballgame.

Nice stay overall. We had trouble finding the valet parking. The directions lead you to an indescript entrance on 5th street. No parking there. The actual parking is on Vine St between 4th and 5th. Pretty easy walk to great american ball park.
