We selected this hotel because it was the most reasonably priced. We didn’t expect it to be such a great find! Our room was outstanding. Clean, spacious. The service was fantastic from valet to check-in to breakfast to check-out. The location was great. We walked to dinner and then to Heritage Arena for our concert. We will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend. And Bonus! They accept pets! We saw several dogs with guests.

Cincinnati is a great town
We stayed downtown Cincinnati to go to concert. Location was what we mainly were interested in. We were able to get extra comforters and blankets to accommodate all our folks and valet. Parking was easy.

I arrived at 6am and was hoping to have a really early check in... The first rep did not know how to do an early check in for that early of a time, so I waited until 7pm where someone else easily accommodated me!!! After a red-eye I was able to get some shut eye! Thank you! They have a decent gym as well, and the rooms along with a free breakfast was very good!

Everything was clean. Loved the room, the comfy bed and all the amenities. Parking is valet only, was a little difficult to navigate to valet area due to downtown traffic.
