Where do I even start? My kids and i were displaced from our home, and we are having troubles finding somewhere else to go. So that means for about a month now we have been staying at the Fairfield, OH TownePlace Suites. They have all gone above and beyond for us. Every single person I have been in contact with has been so pleasant to work with. Even the cleaning crew and maintenance that I have come in contact with. This is one of the hardest times in my 42 years of life, and they have made it so much better. We almost had to go to another hotel due to them being booked up. I won't mention which one, but it's in the same area. I went to check in and it was absolutely disgusting. TownePlace had some cancellations and got us in. I was so happy I cried. Honestly I could go on and on about how amazing all the staff is. And the place is so clean and well taken care of. I feel like my kids and I have hit the jackpot staying here during this rough time.

Volleyball weekend trip

We booked a king size bed with pull out double sofa with 3 total occupants. But we had to dress the pull out sofa ourselves and go down to front desk to get the sheets, pillows and blankets to do so! Was clean. King bed not very comfortable, pillows were good if you like super soft. Ran out of conditioner.....had to go get it ourself. Only enough towels for 2, had to go get ourself. Do not stay here if u expect full service, you are on your own!

The stay was nice. The hotel and the room were clean. Lots of dining and activity options. The kitchen provided lots of utensils and any other things you need. But the mattress felt old and stiff with little support, the pillows were flat, the sheets were like hospital sheets and kept coming off the bed with minimal movement, and the room smelled aggressively of Fabuloso the whole stay, even with keeping the window open nearly the whole day and night. The breakfast had a good spread, but the eggs were watery and seemed like powder eggs and the bacon was thinner than 1 ply toilet paper. For the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel, I would think the quality of essential things such as the bed would be better.
