Cute room, friendly staff, clean
The service was great. Everyone was friendly and polite. Almost everything was in good condition and looked nice. The only exception was the blackout curtain in our room, which had several long scratches in it. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for EV owners
Nice newer hotel with free EV charging. Nice place to stay for EV owners. The hallways and elevators had no heat when it was 30 degrees outside. Breakfast wasn’t all that great, but breakfast isn’t something we usually eat in our family so that wasn’t something that would affect us staying again.

We stay at tru quit a bit and I have to say this was our worst experience. Walked in and no one was at the counter, they were sitting in the little alcove seating area on the phone. This happened quite a few times and with different people. The hallways were freezing and it was all of them not just ours. They said they fixed it, but it was not for sure. Breakfast was OK, they ran out of Coffee each day and people had to say something. We will continue to stay at tru, just not this one.

The entire 3rd floor was 58F. Overnight low was 30F the day prior and 40F when arrived. We set our room to 74F and 10hrs later it was at 70F

Bed was very comfortable! It was very loud for about a half hour in the middle of the night as it sounded like people staying in the room above us was walking around in high-heels. I think it was so noisy because the rooms have laminate flooring instead of carpet. It woke everyone on our room up. Other than this, everything was great.

We had water from the room above us leaking through the light fixture in the shower. Called the front desk and only answers we got they had nobody there to look @ it and would check it the next day. Which doesnt help when you leave the next day.
