We love staying at the Wyngate because of its location. The staff is excellent, friendly and hospitable. The rooms have pretty much what you need. There’s no coffee pot but there is a refrigerator. It just needs a little TLC, like maybe some new bedding.

Property is just okay, but service is good
This property is bordering on looking dated - the rooms while clean don’t have that impeccably polished feeling. The room was clean with the exception of the shampoo and conditioner pumps in the shower - these should have been wiped off and we’re not. When I alerted the staff they promised to address it and when I got back to the room later only one pump was wiped off. They do not provide coffee makers in the rooms but will give one if asked. The safe was locked when I arrived and the microwave had burn spots inside. In room lighting is insufficient - when I asked for an extra lamp I was given a camping lantern! That said, the breakfast was good and the manager was very responsive.

This is a nice hotel with pretty views over the Summit Park. While far from Cincinnati downtown I think it offers most of confort at short 20 min. driving distance. Rooms were decent in size, reasonable clean and breakfast offered several options with good seating area. There was a pool and a fitness room. I think the most convenient part was having the Tesla charger during the nights and preconditioning the car before departure. Parking was ample and safe.

Was charged a $100.00 security deposit which I was not informed of. Needs updates, you can see where they tried to make repairs but it was not a good job. Breakfast made my significant other ill.

Convenient Location
This is our preferred hotel when visiting family close by. It can’t be beat for convenience! The staff were very friendly and eager to be of service. Only 29 minutes from the major airport, there are lots of gas stations, restaurants, and quick-shop stores nearby. We will return.

The room was average but clean. The beds were very comfortable. I chose the location because I was visiting someone who lives close by, so it was convenient. The experience was good but not outstanding. I would stay again.

Hotel was clean. Check-in was smooth. Room was all in working order. Plenty of accessible parking. Did not use pool, but looked nice and clean. I will say it is one of the worst beds we have ever had. It was so lumpy and slanted toward the middle. Room was nice and dark, which was enjoyable. Breakfast was so so. Frozen precooked sausage. No potatoes. Danish didn't taste very good. A good decent hotel, but not great
