We checked in at 8:30 p.m. When we got close to our room, the cleaning carts were in the way. We moved them. At 9:25, the sweeper started next door. We retired early and were in bed. Loud! The shuttle service is super. Asked for a invoice and could not get one. Would use this again because of the location.

Meh. Three stars because it was clean and that's most important to me. But the Kahler "Grand" Hotel honestly isn't very grand. Yes, the lobby area is nice, but the rooms are VERY dated. I had a very small room with a very average mattress. The thermostat didn't work - thank goodness there was a window to open for some air. It seems the hotel may have been grand back in the day, but feels very average in the room.

Room was awesome! We had the 3 bedroom unit, which had a large and spacious balcony. Plenty of sunlight came through those windows. We couldn’t had had a better room!

Booked on great Orbitz deal. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff is very friendly
