The floor in the bathroom had not even been swept. There was hair and even small rubber bands that looked like they were from braces or tiny braid under the bathroom vanity. Couch was well worn and torn. Probably has never been steamed cleaned. Staff was hiding in the back and he had to knock on the office door to get her to come out. The whole place was out of towels. We didn’t have any in the room and only got one set to share between us. Went the next morning to try and get more and we got four washcloths.

The good: breakfast was hot and tasty. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The bad: EVERY upholstered surface in the room and the breakfast room was stained/dirty. The shower door came off when my husband went to use it. The sheets were worn w a hole in top sheet. After our stay we heard from locals it is to be renovated soon. On the booking website it said the hotel was built 7 years ago. Idk but i like new,clean hotels and this was not. Not representative of the Hilton brand.

Room didn’t but have shower curtain and only less than half roll of toilet tissue. refrigerator didn’t. Moved to second room and microwave didn’t work. For 170 plus dollars I need everything to work. I stay here often but this was worst. I am pissed!!

Every day I was there, children who weren't guest of the hotel took over the pool. I told the front desk after they left ( couldn't find any one while they were in the pool) 😔
