Stopped for the night on our way home to Vancouver Island. Dined in the lounge and enjoyed the food (although felt the portions were too large), the room was very clean and staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were very friendly.

Very limited options. A kind & helpful guest offered to pour coffee for all the waiting customers as the member if staff was very slow & unable to cope with the number of people. She also refused to give me a cup of tea, saying that I could onky have either tea or coffee. Overall, an unacceptable service that was nit conducive to a pleasant, relaxed & friendly atmosphere.

We could not stay for breakfast but the food at the restaurant in the evening was excellent. We brought our dog and all the staff were very friendly with her. Great "potty" area as well (lol). Room was clean and in great condition. Thank you Wells Gray Inn.

Spent Thanksgiving weekend with family, loved the family room with two bedrooms, friendly staff, excellent restaurant and pub with pool tables, great outdoor fenced picnic/games area. Dogs loved it as well. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is old and needs some work, they have removed the carpet which is a good thing but it makes the hotel louder. They could put up a sign or two asking patrons to be quieter in consideration of others. Very good breakfast. They could lock the back door at night, doesn't make people feel too safe.

This hotel is a hidden gem as the outside could turn you away. the inside is clean and updated. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast menu was an amazing way to start the day. The waitress was very pleasant. Parking at the front area was great. The back of building made you feel a bit unsure of safety. The outside of the hotel and hotel sign need updating so it feels inviting when you pull into the lot.

It was a little hard to find an area for my outside to do their business. But a friendly atmosphere. Being seniors we would have appreciated no stairs and the stairs were very narrow to carry our luggage up.
