There was a hockey team staying at the hotel. I was upgraded to be moved to a quieter room. They seemed extremely concerned that i get a good sleep; which I did, and appreciated.

Sure 😊 Here is a nicely written hotel review for you: --- I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, which made me feel relaxed during my stay. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was well organized and pleasant. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back again!

We think that the rooms have been renovated since our stay here last year. Everything was clean and bright. I especially loved the shower head - very gentle. The full breakfast voucher at the hotel restaurant was great!

Horrible experience. Zero sound proofing for the door to the hallway. People were screaming in the hallways, a dog barked from 1 am -6am called the desk didn't know if they did anything. Had to book a different hotel for the second night. Was not offered any sort of refund or any compensation for the horrible experience. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Booked a 1 bed and he changed it to a 2 bed room. Did not feel comfortable there. Bed was very hard, the heating unit made a loud squealing noise so we couldn't even have the heater on. Owner did not care about our complaints and pushed it off like it was nothing.

Clean and comfortable room. Great service and great breakfast too. No hot tub but really nice deep bath tub! Unfortunately there were people coming and going all night so we heard doors and suitcases and talking. And a dog barking in the hallway at 5:45 am until after 6 😩. Might be a good idea to bring earplugs.

The food at the bar was really bad and the breakfast was worse room was good other then no microwave in the room which was said there was one and wasnt room was clean they charge you for a 8 month pld child 13.00 to eat in the morning which isnt right on the hotels.com and wouldnt take the charge off as an extra person which isnt right.. how is it ok to chargefora baby
