The first night of our stay the toilet backed up. I called the front desk, the clerk was not helpful and said he didn't know what to do. He eventually brought me a plastic plunger and told me I would have to do it myself because he didn't know how. He said no manager was on site and he couldn't call. He left me with an ineffective plunger and a bucket. I called back when that wouldn't work and he came with a different plunger and I told him he needed to do it or move our room. He plunged and got water everywhere and went to leave. I told him that we needed the toilet cleaned. He informed me he wasn't sure there were supplies to do that and proceeded to try to use the toilet brush to clean the seat. I told him that wasn't acceptable and he finally used some toilet paper to clean the toilet seat. We asked to speak to a manager next day and were told that person was on their way and they would let them know we needed to talk with them. Nobody contacted us. Then we went back later and wouldn't you know it, they just stepped into a meeting. We were never contacted about this and the office staff were flippant about the issues we presented. We also booked this through Expedia and were assured parking was included (part of why we chose this location). When we arrived, the person who checked us in laughed and said Expedia does that and charged us an additional $50. There was also trash under the edge of the bed in our room. Do not recommend.

Beautiful location with stunning views from the room and restaurant! Wonderful staff and the most delicious breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is superb and the building is beautiful. The staff was very pleasant, and Nicole Stetz at Gold and Christine in the spa were exceptionally wonderful. And the staff in the Gold lounge were very pleasant, efficient, and helpful. On the less positive side, the carpets could use a good cleaning, and the pillows and drapes in the room did not match the quality expected. A bucket of ice took nearly an hour to arrive. The HVAC system is quite loud, and on 2 mornings, a very loud lawn mower and leaf blower could be heard just after 8am.

Such a great relaxing place, Karl and Mandy are such nice hosts! Very accommodating, superb breakfast this morning, lots of coffee, hot tub in the cottage. Absolutely beautiful property. And a golf cart to rip around on to boot! And super quiet! Go ahead and book, you won't be disappointed!

Great location, clean comfortable rooms. We loved that are 2 rooms each had a separate bedroom.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was spacious , very clean, and the perfect temperature. The bathroom products were lovely, L’Occitane. Although fruit and coffee in the lobby in the am was appreciated, a muffin or pastry would have been appreciated also. The hotel was central with easy walking distance to everything. One slight annoyance was no on site parking, but the nearest overnight lot was a short 2 minute walk and cheaper than the hotel offsite parking.
