Dirty rooms, tv broken, bathtub peeling and crack, beer box left in room at check in, sheet dirty, outlets don’t work

This hotel was perfect. It was clean, all staff were super friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 4 nights, it was a quiet, clean dark room. The AC unit worked well and kept the room very cool and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, a lot of options, but I'm not much of a breaksfast person. Needed new towels and housekeeping gladly left us a bag of new towels. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. The only minus is there was no place to hang your towels in the bathroom so the towels didn't dry out well. Also, the beds were shockingly comfortable, probably the best hotel bed I've slept on.

Nice location on a beautiful golf course. Cute town within 1/2 mile. A few restaurants and an adorable ice cream shop. Huge lake with beach nearby. Fire places on the front and back decks. Vending machines, ice machine, and laundry available. Spacious room. Very comfy beds. Quiet over night. Breakfast 4 juice choices, waffle maker, toaster, packaged sweet rolls (Hostess donuts, danish...), yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, and milk.

This room comes with no parking! The parking they list is unavailable. Construction is happening all around, and parking is scarce. My daughter swam in a meet starting at 7:30 am When I woke that morning, my car was towed. I had no idea where to find it. When I called the number listed, they were not helpful at all and told me it was my fault. I finally noticed a "Crow Tow" sign with a number, and sure enough, they had my car. Several people in the area told me this was a scam. When I returned later, they were towing another car. $230 a pop, unless you pay cash; then 200! The next day, I had to park 4 blocks away on the street. The mattress was gross; I had to buy sheets as there was no top sheet. BEWARE!
